Our team offers full service assistance, beginning with the pre-purchase process and continuing throughout the rental journey. Our client base consists of valued individuals in the corporate and consumer realms. The properties under our care range from affordable dwellings to luxury rentals. We are well-versed in the purchase, sales and management of single and multi family homes and commercial office buildings located throughout our service area.

Robert Pelletier graduated with honors from the University of North Florida with degrees in History, Political Science and Criminal Justice. In 2006, he obtained a Juris Doctorate degree from the Florida Coastal School of Law. He served in the US Army Reserves and was a police officer and detective for five years.

Mr. Pelletier has been in the real estate default industry for many years buying and selling investment property. He is very experienced in pre-foreclosure and post-foreclosure property. He manages REO, loss mitigation, BPO’s, short sales, and rental property. A Jacksonville, FL native, he is building a solid real estate career with special expertise in default and distressed properties.

Robert is an attorney and a member of the Florida BAR. In addition to this Real Estate firm, Mr. Pelletier is OF Counsel/Special Counsel at Quintairos, Prieto, Wood & Boyer, P.A. in the Business, Financial Services & Real Estate Division.

Diane Pelletier, CIAS Member, Sales Associate 
Diane has over 20 years of REO experience. She was the first agent CREO certified in the State of Florida. She was profiled in DS News “RED BOOK” featuring “Industry’s Leading Agents” quoted in “Business Week” 09/07. Diane is a member of NAR, NRBA, NEFAR/MLS and the St. Aug. MLS. Her client’s include, but are not limited to: IndyMac Federal Bank, Wells Fargo, FreddieMac, Wachovia, Countrywide, USRES, Titanium Solutions, Carrington, Old Republic, National Default OCWEN, GMAC, HomeComings Financial, and many more. She is versed in pre and post foreclosed property and many other components of the default industry. 

Jennifer Cusumano, Operations Manager
Jennifer is responsible for the day to day operations of running our entire team and being the liaison with our asset companies. She is a graduate of the University of Central Florida, and Florida Coastal School of Law. 

Sabrina Cusumano, Pre-Foreclosure Transaction Manager 
Graduated Cum Laude from The University of Central Florida with a BS in Legal Studies and Criminal Justice in 2007. Sabrina is currently working towards her Master’s Degree in Business Administration and recently obtained her real estate license. Sabrina has an amazing ability to analyze and assess complex organizational issues, effectively interact with industry professionals, and represent clients in the market with the highest level of professionalism and effectiveness.

Winn Hibberts, Administrative Assistant 
Winn Hibberts is the switchboard of our operation. Whether she is inputting data, answering phones, or coordinating schedules she gives it 100 percent. Winn is originally from NC and has held previous positions in the data processing field. 

Robert Cleary, IT Specialist
Robert’s responsibility at Team PelletierREO is to ensure all technology is operating optimally. Team PelletierREO is internet and technology driven, so Robert’s job is a big one! 

Pavel Zhelnov, IT Specialist 
Pavel is a computer programmer employed by the Sony Corporation and PelletierREO in the Ukraine. He was born in Odessa, a southern city on the Black Sea, which is located in Ukraine. He graduated with a degree in Information Technology at the Odessa National University in 2001. Pavel has been working for UMG/Sony for most of his professional career. At Sony, he is currently developing a shared royalty platform, using Java/J2EE technologies. While his primary employment is with Sony, Pavel is contributing to PelletierREO and the real estate industry by organizing data in a more arranged way, which gives the company the possibility to keep real estate agents and managers updated. He custom built PelletierREO from the first 1 and 0 in computer language. PelletierREO is a work in progress and we are excited to have a gifted computer programmer on the team to assist us evolve as the most cutting edge firm in the default industry.
